My husband and I love Games magazine. We often do some of the crosswords together and we each have our own favorite games. Our daughter (5) is old enough to do the kid stuff pages sometimes, but not always.

While offering a series of puzzles for all ages, Games magazine also provides information on many aspects of gaming. Board, computer and video games are all covered, plus articles and interviews. As an example, Living (garden) mazes, funhouses, and canned food sculptures are each recent topics. Games magazine also has contests in each issue. I look forward to their "Game of the Year" award from their "Top 100 Games" issue. This informative guide lists the best board or card games in several categories, and there is a second list of the best 100 Video Games, too.
