I just received this Healthy Cooking magazine in the mail today. I tossed all the inserts as usual and couldn't remember ordering it. I have an extensive collection of Taste of Home books and magazines. I began scanning through Healthy Cooking and was hooked! I love the page design and layout. I especially love all the tidbit healthful hits throughout and the calorie count and nutritional breakdown of the recipes. I like the light fare that actually seems appealing to my husband and myself. Real ingredients not over done. I went straight away to the trash can, when I finished the magazine, to be sure I ordered at least a year subscription. We've let many of our other subscriptions run out to save money. But I think this one is WELL WORTH investing in or reinvesting in.

Bravo. I have been a reader for about 18 months and have made several of the meals and have not been disappointed once! People don't believe me when I say they are reduced in calories! Thank you so much for these wonderful, healthy dishes. I am amazed at how they are "light" and definately "tasty". Keep up the good work and keep the recipes coming.

Light & Tasty is a great magazine! I love to cook and am always getting new and neat ideas from the magazine. I love reading every page and looking at the yummy pictures/recipes and look forward to getting every issue!!!
