After a few years lapse, I renewed my subscription to Men's Fitness magazine as I was getting back to shape. It has helped with developing a training schedule as well as nutrition.

- Pros: Has several different work outs every month that are detailed
- Cons: Could be a little more in depth on lifts for certain body parts
As a subscriber of five years I would say that this magazine is put together well. I would recommend this to either a beginner lifter or one that has been doing it awhile. If one wants to take their lifts to another level than I would recommend searching elsewhere. Ex; olympic lifts, power lifting. Although there have been related articles that have touched on this subject, they are not always covered in depth. However one can use the magazine as a motivational tool or as a guide that is pretty straight foward in giving good, solid, basic workouts and advice.

I have had a subscription to Men's Fitness for the past three years. I really love this magazine. It will be interesting to see how it fares now that there is a new boss. Overall great info and solid advice. I feel like it is geared towards the mid to upper 20's and 30's, which is fine since I am 26. My girlfriend like sthe adventure sections. I def would recommend this magazine!
