I love Popular Photography magazine and have subscribed for years! In the recent years, though, I feel that the magazine is relying too heavily on Photoshopped pictures, and less on actual talent. I do like to use Photoshop, but try to use raw sight and settings to create a beautiful picture. Overall, though, it is a great magazine and I highly recommend!

Popular Photography magazine is great. There are many how-to instructional articles and reviews. The magazine has editing tips for Adobe Photoshop, Elements, and Lightroom; along with some other programs. They hold contests: subscribers are able to send in pictures he/she has taken and the top 3 will be placed in the magazine along with a prize. Although it has a bunch of ads in it, I recommend this magazine for the everyday photographer.

Popular Photography & Imaging is one of the best photo magazines out there and the subscription price is very reasonable.
